Friendly staff were accommodating with our baby cot request, and we appreciated the clean, comfortable room during our one-night stay. The nearby pizza place offered decent meals at a bargain, enhancing our experience.

Location: the hotel was just next door to a park, restaurants within walking distance and the outskirts of Paris. King room I stayed at was extremely spacious in a very good condition.

The hotel was well situated for our visit to the Villepinte Parc des Expositions the bus and train schedule was good the hotel was on the out skirts of the town. It was very clean and the price we paid via booking .com was good.

We were away from shops and restaurants, there were none around the hotel, the hotel could have done with extra staff as it was exceptionally busy and there was only 1 receptionist who dealt with reception and also served drinks.

Fantastic Value with Convenient Airport Access!

Staying for three nights was worth it for budget-conscious travelers. The proximity to the airport greatly helped us, and while the breakfast selection could improve, we managed to enjoy local food easily accessible nearby. Just a tip, check for dinner options outside and plan accordingly!

close to the venue, and easy access The food was lovely and responable, and good variety too. The security was excellent inside and outside the hotel, felt safe when out in early hours.

We had trouble getting a seat in the restaurant as they were accepting others from other hotels, and we then had to go to another hotel to eat, this ruin our first night here. We were told we couldnt reserve a table for dinner, but when we was waiting for a table they accepted a reservation, which we feel was unfair. The car park isnt big enough when there are major events on.

Beds are very comfortable, most of the staff was friendly And if you decide to eat at the hotel's restaurant the food is really good.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, it really need to be cleaned up.

The room's air conditioning was broken , and there was no communication about alternatives provided. I faced a rude encounter with staff when I declined housekeeping. The situation escalated with an aggressive individual at my door. Despite the friendly atmosphere I experienced earlier, this incident overshadowed my stay and left me feeling unsafe.

The hotel is close to Moulin Rouge and the other nice bars and discos nearby. The rooms are also renovated.

It is very difficult to find a parking place nearby and considering the neighborhood, it wouldn't be wise to leave your car outside a closed parking. The room where the breakfast is served is pretty small and sometimes the guest should stand and wait until the others are done eating.

Location was perfect for access to the airport with the need to return a rental car to the airport and fly out the next morning. Staff was very helpful and the food service was good. Not much in the neighborhood as far as walking to other places to eat - ect.

Very busy - lots of buses with tourists coming and going so a bit noisy and the lobby was very full at times.

Nice location and metro stations were near which was convenient. Hotel served Continental Breakfast but did not have a restaurant like the other hotel of the same company near CDG. Overall, the hotel was comfortable although the rooms could have been better if they were a bit larger. Wold recommend to others.

Nothing, it was a bad experience all around

Good value for money, close to bus stop for easy access to train or airport. Room was clean and had a nice bathroom. Bed was comfy enough and there was a nice TV. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Solid location with quick access to public transport makes it easy to reach the airport, convenient for travelers. The bathroom had several issues including a broken shower and visible mold, detracting from the overall experience. Breakfast, while available, lacked variety for the price.
